Have you checked the insides of her legs, sometimes if they have a respiratory infection the insides of legs get matted looking form cleaning off the white snot. I'm not sure what to do since you've got other rabbits. I don't have that many rabbits and have treated respiratory infections with Zithromax/Azithromycin. They cleared up but I suspect it was not Pasteurella that my rabbits had- it may have been another easier to treat pathogen like Staph.
 
Got only myself to blame for the string of bad luck, the NZB from the same breeder came in the same carrier and was in the previous culled doe's cage for a very short time. No signs of mucous and was bred on 1/27, hopeful that the new doe has a different illness.
