I "KNOW" I said they were all going to the snake guy.....but I hesitated in my decision. "WHY?" because amazingly enough, those nut-cases actually showed some signs of behaving themselves when I started to weigh them and set them aside for the reptile man. I thought, "okay, I'll give you a few more days, and we'll see what happens."
One kindled 5 for her first litter. A small litter, but conceived during the hottest time of the season. I blame my bucks more than the does for this. One paralyzed herself. The other 5 settled down some and weren't that difficult to handle. I rebred them yesterday evening. The jury is still out on these girls. If they behave...then okay....they can stay. Otherwise, they'll be gone in a couple of weeks.
