New Doe - Mini Rex

So I traded one of my bouncing babies for this mini rex doe. I need to do a little more research on her I think. The lady I got her from only had her for a week, and said she came from a line of show animals. IDK. No pedigree that I know of yet. Pretty eyes very light grey/blue don't know much about the breed as all my other buns are mixed. No name as of yet. Any suggestions on what color(s)

Do you think you could get a better picture? I can't really tell...it almost looks like a broken chinchilla, but I am probably wrong.

I was kinda wondering that too...I'm very new to the breed but that coat looks different...

No I'm not sure at this point. Going to try and contact breeder soon.

I would expect shorter or curly whiskers on a Rex and the coat does not quite look right.

As for colour - definitely some sort if agouti, possibly chinchilla, opal or even amber/chocolate or lynx.

A picture taken outside on an overcast day or in shade that isn't too dark would help show her colour better.

Very cute!!! I think it is a MR cross ....fur looks off.

I'm ok with mr cross. Perhaps I should ask to have this moved to the color bord. Anyone know what's up with eye color

The chinchilla and dilute/blue genes ( and chocolate an shaded) will lighten an eye and make it look greyish or bluish ( or yellowish or give a reddish sheen/glare)

Your rabbit looks like she has quite a bit of yellow and brown tones in her fur so I think she is opal (blue/dilute agouti) rather than chinchilla.

Has the lacing for chin... now I'm just not to sure what exactly. Looks like a weird shagouti thing going on lol Certainly not 100% rex with its normal fur but it will make a nice pet
