I really like the pens so far. We are going to add a bunch of fun stuff for them to hide in and under, and climb on as well. Just haven't gotten that far yet. There are windows that open up that have chicken wire over them to keep my bunnies safe as well but they get day light and fresh air.
I left the card board boxes in there with a little hay in them for now so they can hide and be cozy.

:pancake: I like the Idea of making one pen naturalistic looking. with maybe a log or something in it. :bunnyhop:

Great looking herd of rabbits.

Your son is pure happiness holding that bunny. Congrats on your wonderful beginning!

On a whim I put a wiffle ball in our does hutch and boy, she really flings it around and plays with it. I also throw in apple and mulberry branches for them to chew. Some of the rabbits rearrange them, drag them around, others just chew. They are quite amusing to watch, have fun with yours!

Thank you. There is an apple tree in our yard that is looking rough and i want to cut it down and put it in my colony pen for them to climb on and chew up. The wiffle ball sounds like so much fun. Ill have to see about getting some for them to play with as well.
