Nestbox

Going to build some nestboxes today.

was thinking.... is there really ANY good reason to make nestboxes higher than six inches all round?

I make the fronts six inches, do I really need to make the sides 8-10?

Makes it easier for cutting is all.

I've been making my own 6 in tall all the way around and have had no trouble at all. Good luck and get them filled up
