Nest Box Size For Giant Chinchillas

One of my giant chinchilla does is pregnant for the first time. Two other GC does both lost half their babies on the last litters. How big should a nest box be (INSIDE DIMENSIONS) for GIANT breed rabbits like giant chins? I'm willing to make my own. Thanks...
