Need help with color again

Hello
Does anyone know what color this is? I thought she was blue until I noticed the white base. The white is where I blew on her fur.

she's definitely not blue.... I've seen discussions on this but right now I can't remember them. Any rings or just plain white?

Just plain white base with blue tips. Belly is not lighter so not otter or agouti. I saw a posting on here of a snowball and it looked like this kit but I’ve never heard of that so I am not sure about that either.

From the picture, it looks like a Snowballed Blue to me. Not sure what causes it (well, other than genetics, duh!) but the white undercoat is usually called 'snowball'. It shows up here occasionally and I don't breed those rabbits unless there's a compelling reason otherwise. Is this the adult coat? She may grow out of it, perhaps.

Yes, she is only 8 weeks old. We only breed for meat so the coat quality isn’t a concern. It was a surprise however since I have never seen this in the hundreds of blue kits we have had born.
