My female rabbit had two kits this morning one died already and the other we are having trouble keeping it warm. She keeps uncovering it so we took it out and have it in the house. Anyone have any tips for keeping it warm?

You can fill a screwcap bottle with hot water and slip a sock over it or wrap it in a towel.

I would suggest putting it in a separate nest and keeping it in the house, leaving her nest in the cage in case she is not yet finished delivering.

How about a heating pad with cover (setting on low) --this is what we use for our pinkie squirrels from birth to 8 weeks old.
We place a fleece blanket over the already covered heating pad and place it on one side of the cage and leave the other side
of the cage empty so the babies can crawl over there if they get to warm.

Here is the Heating Pad we use: (no auto shut off)
