So, I have come up with a tattoo scheme.
Ex: WB-YS00 Wanna B's Lunar Eclipse
WB = Wanna B
Y = Buck initial
S = Doe Initial
0 = first doe (with my rabbitry, even # is doe)
0 = last digit of the year
And with these new litters, I have come up with a naming scheme. The next two does I am saving are Wanna B's Princess Alawa (Alawa means Pea), call name Alawa.
Next doe is Wanna B's Casa Blanca, call name Blanca, in honor off my best freind.
So the scheme is each doe is named the next letter of the alphabet, so that the tattoos will be easy to remember if the kit is out of an older doe or a younger one. By the time I get to M, I will have replaced Maple, so my rabbit names will shortly be in order of age! Yay!
