I haven't posted pics about my Flemish for a bit, and just had to share his continued growth. He's just a pure joy to have around the house. My first BIG bunny and a breed on my Wish List that I wanted to experience.

See how big he's gotten!

Fawkes just loves my husband and MUST mark his sneakers as his own.

Fawkes needs to know at all times where my husband is. As you can see, Fawkes is loosing his baby fur and his Adult fur is coming in darker.

Also Fawkes just loves his buddy Jake. He has to mark Jake as his own, as he does my Husband. Jake has learned to tolerate it and there has been no problems between them at all.

Fawkes new thing is jumping up into my chair, whether I'm in it or not.

And I still get the look of "I'm not doing anything, really" lol

Fawkes is a true gem. And a welcome member of our Tribe. So thrilled to experience the Flemish breed.

What a beauty! Should I bring one of mine in the house? LOL Glad he is doing so well. I would love to know what he weighs. He has the red on the back of the neck like mine. Is it called red rufus? I have to look that up. Thanks for showing his pictures.

Oh you and your family would just love having one in the house. What pleasure he is. And have to say out of all my rabbits picked up litter box training VERY quickly. Actually in two days which is a record for my Tribe.

I haven't weighed him lately but my guesstimate is about 13 pounds and STILL growing. His Father was 20 plus pounds and so was Mom. I can't wait to see how big he gets at adulthood. His bone structure is VERY large. And he at only 5-1/2 months is very strong. And when I say very, I mean very strong. I can't say it enough, he's just a pleasure. Love his doofy puppy stage. And he's very affectionate to all of us. Loves to snuggle and groom us. He has learned that nipping is not acceptable. So we get lots of licks now which warms our heart.

If you do bring one of your Flemishes in, you will never stop having one has a house rabbit. It's a total addiction and I can never see this house again without one.

He's a BIG boy. Love when he jumps when I'm there to snuggle. He's a sweetie. BTW, when it's a chilly night, Jake gets up into the chair and curls up, lol.

We are about to have a silver flemish. He is going to be our house rabbit. Any suggestions for me, gladly would appreciate it. Putting exposed wires in pvc, what did you do to stop yours from biting?
