Moving weaned kits outside

Hi all, I moved four does to a warmer room to kindle after I lost one litter to freezing. We can get up to 50 during the day and down in the teens at night. My problem is that I just weaned the kits and they are still in the nursery room. I believe I probably should have started moving them out to the barn when they got fur so they could get used to it, but I got too busy and just left them where they were. My question is, what is the best way to get them and their mommas back to the cold barn without any sickness? I need the room for more litters that are coming...any advice? Thanks

I would put them out for an couple hours during the day and gradually increase until they are out 24/7
