I just checked and one has a semi black belly and the other no color. I'm trying to post pictures of the parents to see what colors I could possibly get in the future or if these 3 are it. Also when I took pictures of the doe she pee'd. I noticed a spot of blood left on the boards also. Is this normal? I checked to see if there was another kit and didn't feel anything.

Here is the Buck and Doe
Buck (carries REW)

Doe (Vienna Marked)

Oh my goodness those are some adorable babies and such precious looking parents :)

What cute popples!

They look really good for day old kits.

I raise Rex primarily, and my black kits are solid black when born- they don't have light areas like yours, but maybe that has something to do with the mane gene.

Probably so. It always struck me as odd that the area of the rabbit that will ultimately have the longest hair is bald at birth. I'm hoping one of these is a vienna marked buck. I have two vienna marked does that I want to breed back to. Right now the only vienna buck I have is a holland lop lionhead cross.

Do you think the gray one is a Siamese sable also? Lighter in color than the Siamese sable from the previous litter.

ohhhh chinchilla, I'm liking it's color so far. I'll add that to the list of possible color my rabbit produce, thank you.

Wow, I can't believe you got a black and a chestnut- from the newborn pics it looks like they should have been the same color.

They are all pretty, but the little chin one is adorable- I love the color. :) I can't wait to see it when the fur is longer.

Another way to tell on newborns,is the colour inside the ear. All black is the black one, pink(later to be white) is the chestnut.
