Whent out and check on the kits this morning and she has peed all over them. Her nesting box has now become her litter box and all over kits. Why in the world is this rabbit now doing this? The kits are 6 days old and doing good, except I have to flip mom in the eveing to nurse them.

Ottersatin is right... That is a common reason for peeing in the nestbox. What I would do is this... After flipping the doe this evening, remove the nestbox altogether overnight. Clean it thoroughly or put the kits in a fresh one. Return the box in the morning, but put it on the other side of the cage.

I have a doe who does this no matter where the box is. She just likes having a litter box. It's so so annoying. But she's getting better about it. The first litter was the worst for it. These last two times, she's left the box alone more and more often.
