Mini Lop's first litter

I have had several rabbits but this is the first time I've bred one. I bred my 1.5 year old mini lop on July 1st. She is inside and the AC is set to 78 F. But this morning she was breathing hard and her ears are much hotter than my dutch's. She is still eating well though. is this normal? Am I just a paranoid rabbit owner?
ps. the vet only saw two kits any tips to keep them warm?

the doe will make a nest that will keep the litter warm. But she may be hot if her ears are warm maybe put a frozen water bottle in her cage for now. :bunnyhop:
