I have a yard full of Burr and White clover that is about 6" tall - I'd like to harvest it and make hay before we Mow (can you tell I've been putting it off?) I'd think clover would be pretty brittle when dry so I wasn't sure if it was worth trying to dry and keep. There's a ton of dandelion and chickweed as well - any issues drying those?

I know you can make clover hay, except that it's risky with sweet clover, so you should be fine.

I can't see why you couldn't dry dandelion, as long as you air it well. I don't know anything about chickweed.

I dried some clover for my rescue and pet rabbit last fall and it dried well, it was a little brittle but as long as I didn't shake it around or squeeze it alot it was fine, only problem was I didn't dry enough of it to last the whole winter.
