I put some 8 weeks old rabbits in a meat pen to finish raising them up for meat.When i feed them today,i noticed that there were 2 of them that had like a dewlap going on. So i pulled on out and felted around and notice there was one lump in there. I figure it was one of those abcess happening. Then i notice another one . Same thing but had two lumps. From experience before. IF i left it they will grow into big ones . So i culled both of them. So i was wondering would that come from the mother?Can a whole litter do this or just one or two out of a litter ? Because i just took out youngs ones that i wasnt going to keep . I dont know which ones they came from as they were being raise for another 4 weeks.
