One of my NZ does had kits last nite, she had 9 kits. Went out this morning to see if she had them. I noticed I didn't see any of the fur moving? There were no babies in the Fur, I reached down to the front of the box on the inside and found them they were all dead. Last nite the temps got down to 33 and they were all chilled, I tried to revive them with warm water, to no avail.
This was this Doe's first litter. My question is how soon, can I breed her back. Thanks!

That's never a fun find
You can rebreed her right away! You can also give fresh mint to help dry up her milk...
What a disappointment! I'm so sorry.
As Heritage said, you can breed her back today- she should be VERY receptive. In a colony setting, bucks will sometimes try to breed the does before they have finished kindling :x so it is perfectly natural for them to breed shortly after giving birth.
I hope she has a better outcome this time! :clover:
