I mostly agree, but I believe the chestnut has a steel gene so is technically a 'gold tipped steel' but I just call them steel chestnut

I think the black is a black and not seal or I would expect the some shimmer in the fur like Misty (the Siamese sable) had at 7 days old.

No, the chestnut isn't steel, it's just chestnut. That's what chestnut looks like in Lionheads.
