We just weaned our kits from its mother a few days ago and yesterday we went to check on them and they have diarrhea and the boys look a little red and inflamed in their manhood area. Please help!! I've never had this happen and I am a little worried.

It sounds like weaning entropy, often called weaning enteritis.

What are you feeding them? Remove the pellets immediately and give them only hay and kitchen oatmeal (like Quaker Old-Fashioned/Large Flake) and water.

I don't know what plants may be available in Ohio this early, but if you can find any of the following, the leaves will help regulate their poops:
raspberry, blackberry or strawberry leaves
plantain (Plantago spp.) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plantago
shepherd's purse (Capsella bursa-pastoris) http://www.agf.gov.bc.ca
/cropprot/weedguid/shepherd.htm

If you have access to a willow tree (any Salix species) give them some twigs. It will help the pain.

Edited to add:
Giving probiotics may also help. I can't help you with brand names since I have never used them myself, but perhaps someone else will chime in on this. I know many members have found them helpful under these circumstances.
