These are the kits from Mitka's litter. She is Es with either ej or e and at least one copy of agouti but she looks black. I also believe that she is cchd c. Has produced REW and no chestnuts. Only silver tipped steels and chin. The sire is my lilac standard rex buck. I find it a bit odd that I got no chesnut or steel in this litter all of the Kits with Es or E appear to be chocolate. I'm I right? Or is something else going on?
first one. This one appears to be self (could be steel). Chocolate right?
second one...chocolate magpie? The brindle markings are much lighter than the magpie kit in my other litter. You can just barely see them but they aren't pee lol
third is this chocolate chestnut or steel? I'm leaning toward steel since the belly isn't really white.
fourth kit is non extension but is it a chocolate torted harlequin or is it a regular harlequin? The harlequin markings are really light but they are there if you look really close. In fact, it has to be ej and probably e because of the kits in the other litter. The dam of this litter is the grand dam of the other litter.
There are 10 kits all together in this litter a couple are white and haven't opened their eyes so the jury is still out on what color they will end up. And a couple I'm almost positive are steel so I didn't post those. I do have one kit in the other litter that is starting to show points so, I think these will have to show points as well unless the one in the other litter is a frosty but if it was frosty wouldn't the points have shown up at the same time the harlequin markings showed up in the other litters?
Thanks everyone!
