keeping nest box area clean??

We have a new doe first kindle for us. All our other rabbits just use a corner of their cage we shift cage everyday so their cages stay clean. This new doe She poops and wees at the door of the nest box that's in the covered area that the babies are in they are just about to leave the box so how do I teach her not to do it their so babies don't get covered in it.
She is the only rabbit we have that messes in the covered area I'm getting sick of cleaning the covered area out every day. I have given her a litter tray etc etc but nothing works. Don't want to lock her out while she has babies to fed plus its an area she can rest out of rain sun. Any info tricks that we can try would be really appreciated thanks heaps

Can you get or make the equivalent of a cookie cooling rack that would lift her and the babes above the mess?

Thanks that should work yay then I can pop a tray under that and just have to clean the tray thank you
