I don't know, but I've definitely seen Snow do it, gather it up in his mouth and move it to the right corner... Sometimes I put it in the wrong corner just to watch him toss everything around.

Well, he doesn't do anything when he's out on the floor, and hardly moves around his cage. I have to either put an older baby out with him so he can chase it and try and breed it, or figure something out in the cage so he moves more than from his sleep corner to his potty corner to his hay corner to his food corner.
