Is my Doe normal down there?

There seems to be a mini bump on the right side of my doe-s vagina. She's about 5 months is this normal

Doesn't quite look like vent disease nor scar tissue from an old wound

It looks like the scent glands haven't been cleaned and its causing build up thats irritating the tissues near by. When was she cleaned last?
