A buck will have a whole lot more influence on a herd than any particular doe since he will usually breed with multiple does. So get the best buck you can and although I don't keep lionheads, he doesn't look like he has much of a 'lionhead' to me. I think lionheads have whats called a 'single mane' and a 'double mane' version, although quite what all that means, I'm not sure. I only have English angoras.

Does that buck have a pedigree? Is he from a lionhead breeder?
