Injured rabbit, safe to eat?

I have a rabbit that broke its back. It has been urinating so it should be safe to eat, right? I have to kill it either way but I’d prefer to eat the meat if it’s not toxic.

There isn't much that would render a rabbit unsafe to eat when cooked properly, not even diseases like Myxo.

yes, safe to eat. You might want to marinate it before cooking with it though since stress can affect the tenderness of the meat.
