We have had a long, hard, pouring rain for more than 24 hours now. My yard looks like a lake. I hate having to take care of rabbits in this weather. I love having outdoor cages most of the time but not days like today.
If this keeps up, I will need a boat to get to my rabbits

Yikes, and I guess that's heading our way now.
Whenever we have a lot of rain, we end up with a lake out back. You're right, it's a lot of fun going out to the rabbitry in a couple of inches of water. :roll: At least the rabbitry isn't in the deeper part of the yard...

about the same here, only it's mud mud mud. almost need a mud bogger vehicle to drive back to the barn. it's nearly impossible to walk back there, without falling in muck, losing your shoes, or slipping into a trench of muddy water.
