Ideas on Guinea Pigs for food

Was wandering what everyones opions are on eating Guinea pigs? Do they Taste Good(I love Rabbit )?
Any sugestions on getting started?

just move them outside NOW before the cold weather hits. They need to be outside by end of September so they can acclimatize well. If they don't, when the cold weather hits they won't be able to handle the change in temps (they are unlike rabbits that way).

Ok I only have one Guinea pigs at the moment,(i lost the rest in a fire last month). Thanks to everyones help
