I went looking for mulberry branches but all the trees in that section had lost their leaves and it was hard to tell the mulberry tree. So I went around pulling up raspberry canes instead. I kept running in to this berry bush/tree. It almost touches the ground so it looks like a bush but it's taller than me by a lot.

I then hit the crabapple tree. Everyone is happy. Except omg I gave chins a nonsterilized object! and I let them eat something green by not stripping the leaves! They are going to die I'm sure.

Dood is right, it is bush honeysuckle. It has been discussed on a organic gardening/herbalist group I'm on just this past week.

__________ Tue Nov 05, 2013 8:12 am __________

Oh, and the berries are bitter and unpleasant to man and beast. Not sure if the rest of the plant is edible for rabbits or not.
