So, some of you may remember my 'why would someone tattoo a mutt' thread. Well my 'mutt' is actually a full blooded, Show quality thrianta! I posted her tat # on FB, and a breeder said the her name is Willow, and she's litter mate to the 2010 BOB winner at the ARBA, very good quality.

:p

I SO have to show her! Sadly, I don't think ill be able to show her this year :( but at least we know how old she is. 3 years minimum. Wow. I don't think I've ever owned a show quality animal, let alone got one for FREE. :p

Here's a photo of the cutie

I also kept saying how her face doesn't look like a thrianta, but she insisted it was her girl, and she was show worthy :)

That is great! We got a Thrianta for free at a rabbit show, wish I would have asked for some information on him when they gave me him but that is ok. I only thought of asking for his birthday since I was in such shock they gave him to me. Here is my little man at 4 months old:

Super cute! Do you know why they were giving him away?

I need to do some searching on thriantas now. If I can snag a buck from the same breeder I can start my own bloodline! :p

Oh they are so cute!!! I love Thriantas but here finding one is sorta like a needle in a haystack. BTW my bunny's name was Willow. :) I sold her though and now her name is Sparkles. ^.^

I am not sure why they just gave him away to me. I am not going to complain for sure though since he is such a sweet boy.

Since you now have connections to the breeder, you should try to get her pedigree, especially if you think you may show her, or begin producing show quality thriantas.
Since she was free, even if you have to pay 20 or 30 bucks for a pedigree, you would still be ahead.
