I got BABY BLUES!!!

Well 3 blues and 1 white from my 2 pairs of Americans! I'm so thrilled! I bred the 2 girls a month ago and really didn't think they took because they were NOT cooperative AT ALL with the boys! :lol: It was quite a circus! Heehee!
Anyway there was no interest in nest building or anything so I figured they didn't take, according to my calender, I was supposed to give a nestbox to 1 on the 5th and the other the 11th but they weren't interested in them at all soooooo...... :shock: ....... now they both have babies on the morning of the 25th! Together! :shock: I goofed somewhere didn't I! [Sigh] At least 4 are doing good. I'm letting 1 doe raise the 4 and she now has milk. I wasn't too sure at first then wow at about the 4th feeding they got nice fat tummies! Yaaaay! There were 3 blues and 2 white but 1 white died.
Apparently I did a test breeding that I didn't write down! :? I will definately have to be more careful about that! :roll:
I would've posted sooner but I kinda waited to see how they and the mother would do and of course would love to post pics but can't make any promises on that :weep: (still trying to sell goats and buy a computer. )
But thats ok because...I got my baby blues!!!

LOL Thanks for understanding guys! I can't wait! This poor ol' thing is having a harder and harder time of it. I have a fan blowing on the spot I set it down on to keep it cool! It needs frequent breaks. My computer has its own personal fan and needs to rest frequently! :lol: :lol:
I'm soooo looking forward to learning HOW to do things and to make it even more fun my mom has decided to get one so she can email. For a long time she was too afraid to try to learn how to use one but she has been writing back and forth to a man she dated in high school, and he has talked her into getting one because it easier for him to email. Ain't that Shweeeeet! I think its awesome they found each other after all these years and have each other to talk to.

Thank you Kyle, I'll try on the pics. I'd love to post pics all my Americans!
I just had them out with mom and NOW she wants to nest....while they are nursing!LOL But she does feed them, I just have watch her because she decides to start digging and rooting while they're nursing the lil brat! Heehee So I take her out and set her in the box and pet her and give her something to munch instead. Hopefully she'll do better next time. She and her sister are from a litter of 10, their momma was a good girl so hopefully she will be next time!
