Just wanted to show how we handle poop and pee. Starts with a tractor supply store tub on a harbor freight dolly. On top of that is a hardware cloth screen, then a 1/2 x1/2 inch screen. All these loosely lock together and go under the drains for both of our hutches. Pee and rinse water go through to the tub, while pellets go through to the hardware cloth and hay stays on top. Any pellets caught up in the hay easily sift through to the hardware cloth. Dispoal sees hay going to the chickens, pellets going in another tote for packaging, and pee getting poured out. Any remaining hay in the pellets gets blown out with a hand held blower before packaging. My wife brushes the drains out daily while I prefer every three days or so.

Both hutches (3 hole and 2 hole) are on wheels. The wood platform you can see in the picture that has the water bucket lifts straight up and off, releasing both hutches to be moved independently.
