How to treat?

Hello All,

This is a doe that I purchased back in December from a breeder. I have had issues with her about 3 weeks after her arrival when she kindled.
She kindled again 9 days ago. 5 fall offs, 3 kits. She lost two of them from the cold but I gave her two from another doe.

She is fat, even though I have limited her feed. Currently with kits, I haven't limited her pellets. I put her into the play yard as often as weather allows for her to get exercise.

Anyway, I cleaned her up today since she can seem to reach necessary places. Upon doing so I discovered that the end of most of her teats are blood red.
What is causing this?
What do I need to do to remedy it?
What do you suggest for her weight issue?

Looks like the Kits are going too hard on her. Whenever I've fed one that needed an extra feeding, the teats would be a bit red, but not like this
