Rabbit Roast, that was my EXACT thought! rub the layed out flesh with your choice of herbs, cover it in bacon, roll it up, drape with more bacon, bake till done. Serve with mashed potatoes, stuffing, green beans, and squash, with sweet potatoes slashered in marshmallows and christmas pies and cookis for dessert.

Sounds like a new christmas tradition, to me. :p

Sharp knives are awesome....I need a knife sharpening tutorial more!!! Or to just have the local restaurant guy stop at my house once a month.

I have some in the refrigerator I killed yesterday. I think I might try to do one.

__________ Sat Dec 04, 2010 5:32 pm __________

Got one done but not as neat as the guy in the video. I think I could learn to do it pretty easy. Here's a pic.

I saw and still can't believe it. That was awesome! I love the smile on his face at the end. For sure you need a good sharp knife. Lacomo - Great Job! Now I'm really going to have to try this.
