On January 18th out Netherland Dwarf had 3 healthy kits. They are about 6 weeks old now.

The doe is about 15 months old. We got her about 3 months ago and this is her first litter with us. We don't know about her 1st year of life.

How long should we wait before breeding her again? We would like to have some more kits as soon as possible. These 3 kits will be going to their new homes in about 2 more weeks.

We bred her shortly after getting her but she didn't have any kits (false pregnancy possibly). We then tried again and she had this litter on 1/18/16.

Thank you!

Depends on the rabbit. I had some ND that would get so skinny and pluck themselves so bald I had to wait a few months. I had some that during warm weather (because they'd still pluck themselves constantly) they could be bred back right away. I just waited until they had fuzz and a firm round body again.
