How much Ivermectin for a less-then-1lb rabbit?

A friend of mine is planning to treat her small bun for mites, but doesn't know how much ivermectin to give her since she's less than 1lb. Can anyone tell me what to tell her? I've never used Ivermectin myself, so I have no idea.

It really depends on the concentration on the bottle/tube.

My bottle of Novemectin is 10mg of drug in each ml of liquid.

The dose is 0.2 to 0.4 mg of drug per kg of weight so a 5kg (10lb) rabbit would get 0.1 to 0.2 ml

A 1 lb rabbit would get a tenth less, so like Ladysown said : 0.01 to 0.02 ml .... IF your Ivermectin has 10mg/ml
