How many J-clips do I need?

Hello everybunny.

Finally started ordering stuff for building my own wire cages and a cagerack. Now, my only problem; is 800 J-clips (just under 2 pounds) enough for 3 cages (120 x 60 x 45)? it would cost me 284 kuna (46 $). My other alternative is 900 J-clips (they say 2 pounds) for 358 kuna (58 $). What do I do?

You'll have plenty of j clips - If I did my math right, you could use one j clip every 5 cm (that's generous) and still have around 150 to 200 left over
