How do you raise a rabbit to let you pick them up without kicking?

Most rabbits generally hate being picked up. They are predator animals... If you really want to make your rabbit feel more comfortable then the best way would be to give it a treat after each time you have picked it up that way your rabbit will know its going to get a treat afterwards and would help it to be more relaxed.
