My rabbits are not tattooed. I've forgotten which are parents and they look the same. Can one tell which rabbit is a year older?

Try looking at the teeth and nails.
The nails on an older rabbit will be thicker.
In the future, you want to tattoo your Rabbits.
It makes for easier identification,
especially if they are all the same color/breed.
Ottersatin. :eek:ldtimer:

I use a sharpie until they are big enough to tattoo. Just write in the right ear, this way the left is available for tattooing.

I can usually tell the larger bunnies apart until they reach 6-8 mos, and hit senior weight, they texture of the coat is different in fur and wool breeds. The dwarfs are harder, since they reach maturity earlier. I only tatt the ones I keep, so the cages are marked.
