OK, not a blue and not a chocolate otter - that's an agouti. The bands aren't well-defined and I've never seen an amber with that surface color; they usually look a lot more like a chocolatey-red to me. But chocolate agouti is what it's got to be with a tan middle band and a chocolate outer band.Broken Chocolate in question:
The only other possibility is lilac agouti, but neither the tan nor the chocolate look pale enough to be dilute.
It's a lot more clearly chocolate than blue in this latest photo, by the way.
