Help! My rabbits leg seems to be out of its socket

My rabbit seems to have pulled one of her back legs out of socket... I have no idea how and I don't know how to fix it. It is not causing her any pain, just hanging there limply. I am having difficulty telling if it is messed up at the knee or the hip. Please somebody let me know what I'm supposed to now.

My eldest son dislocated his shoulder when he was about three. As I was getting him dressed to go to the doctor, I inadvertently put it back in just by the gentle movement of lifting his useless arm and putting it through the sleeve of his shirt.

I would try gently manipulating the joints in a normal arc of motion, and hope it slips back into place.
