I would think black tort aswell but then his white tail kinda puts me off and I dont know?? maybe a tort thats not to standard or something??? (maybe one of the people with more color experiance will know

It's possible it it an Otter with a tort gene. What are the colors of the parents? Orange may be a possibility.

This one is actually striking me as a tort harlequin. Something is just striking me odd with it's tort shading and the muzzle and feet. Then again I might be wrong and being sick is kicking my butt :?
 
The father was sold as a black otter (he seems smokey black right now). The Mom maybe seems to be Mag-pie black according to pedigree.

I agree that Mom is a black magpie (could be shaded and not chinchilla), I love her colour by the way :) and Dad is a black otter.

Are there any other kits in this litter or previous litters that you haven't posted pictures of?
