HELP! Bloody lip and ripped off skin. Warning: pic enclosed

I've been keeping an eye on one of the meat mutt does we have because she developed a rather sudden, unpleasant bunch of skin tags around her mouth. I've been separating her from everybody just in case it's contagious, but it hasn't spread any on her ( one 'skin tag' on her upper lip and a very large fat one on her lower lip ) and it looked pretty benign til today...



I heard her scream and went running to see what was up and I saw this. I'm not pulling her lip down to show it, she's holding it like that herself. She seems to be in shock a bit (very docile unlike her normal hoppy self), and I don't quite know what to do now.

Those "skin tags" looks suspect. I would for sure keep her separate. Otherwise, I have no advice.

I'm definitely keeping her separate. I haven't been able to find out what those 'skin tags' are, though, even though I've been doing a BUNCH of searches. Hopefully someone on here will know what's up...

How does her vent area look? I would suspect vent disease aka rabbit syphilis.
