We have been raising New Zealand rabbits for 2-3 years near Butte, MT. We have two does and two bucks (our first buck wasn't doing his job real well). We've had some successes, some failures. They now live in wire hanging hutches in a shed in our backyard, which is an upgrade from our first location- stacked hutches in an old structure. Our backs appreciate the better clearance, and I think the rabbits prefer it as well. Our young children have liked the rabbit meat, so that's a win. We also have about a dozen laying hens, dogs, and cats. I've joined this group for some guidance -- just posted in the breeding thread. Thanks in advance for the knowledge-sharing and guidance!
