SO, in my quest to use all of the animal, I have a chef who will buy feet, head and ears for his menu---an extra $2.50 per animal! I am stoked. That would make our only waste the pelt---chickens get the guts.
Heads, ears and feet---how much would you pay?!

I can see using the heads for soup stock but ears and feet? Not much to work with there.
Some fly fishermen will buy the mask if it's a hard to find color. Steel blue and deep brown seem to be the favorites.

hey...someone over on the meatrabbits board posted a recipe for rabbit ears that just looked absolutely intriguing. Labour intensive but intriguing none the less.

Awesome money is money. lol One's waist another one's Treasures. I don't plan on giving the dog any part of the rabbits. They are our food not the dogs.
