Jackson county fair. I live in Brown but their fair stinks so we decided to go with Jackson.
Just got back from the show. Expresso got BOB and Uno got Best Opposite. Isabel got disqualified because her eyes are brown and they are supposed to be blue-gray. Oops, I didn't know that. The judge LOVED how typey she is. She thought she was my JR. Doe and Expresso was the SR. doe lol. Said Isabel carries her age well, also said to breed her back to Uno so I get black babies that don't have the eye color problem. I had been going to cull Uno, but I don't have another buck and the judge loved him (and I finally got him to stop pooping in his feedpan), so I guess I'll keep him for now. I got a red with Isabel in Showmanship, I hadn't been planning on doing it but we'll call her S talked me into it, her daughter has Holland's and MR's, so I decided to do it for the experience.
I loved the judge she was very thorough and told you what she liked and didn't like.
And knowing since you guys love pictures so much here are some.
