Harliquin holland lop kit?

I would love to get input on this bucks color. Does he look like a blue or lilac harlequin? He looks torted to me too.
Both parents have one occurrence of a chocolate harlequin but his eyes aren't the correct orange like color and shade.

Dont know too much on the harlie coat, but he does appear to have some lilac or blue in there.
