It would depend on what the rabbits were carrying in the second place on the A, C, D and E loci.
The harlequin dam would be <A_ B_ C_ dd ej_>
The black otter sire would be <at_ B_ C_ D_ E_>
A is dominant to both <at> (tan/otter) and self <a>, so the dam could be <AA>, <Aat> or <Aa>. The sire could be <at at> or <at a> This means you could get agouti, tan or self, all depending on those second genes.
Black <B> is dominant to chocolate <b> so unless *both* sire and dam were also carrying <b>, you'd only get black-based colors.
Full color <C> is dominant to chinchilla <cchd>, sable <cchl>, himalayan <cch> and REW <c> so either or both rabbits could carry any of the above, thus it's impossible to predict this one. But you should at least get 50% full-color kits (statistically, anyway). The only way you'd know for sure what the parents carry at that locus is if they produced REW, in which case you could be sure they were both <Cc>.
Dilute <d> is recessive, so all the kits will at least carry one recessive <d> courtesy of their dam. However none of them will actually be dilute themselves unless the sire also carries a <d> at that second place, in which case you should see roughly 50% dilutes.
