My last set of kits had to underfed runts. I would like to keep her full litter alive if I can is there anyway I could like hold her while a underfed kit feeds? Or would I be better off hand-rearing? Also could I have some milk recipes that have worked for you guys?

If possible, it is preferable to try to get a kit to feed off of the doe. You can put a towel over your lap, with a shallow depression in the middle. Put the kits in the depression, and then put the doe in your lap over the kits, and pet her while the kits try to get a meal. It may take a while for her to let her milk down, and she might not let it down.

If she doesn't, and the kits don't get a good feeding, you can make formula. This is the formula that has worked well for me:

1/2 Cup canned evaporated goat's milk (do not dilute)
1/2 Tablespoon corn syrup (can use molasses if you don't have corn syrup)
1 egg yolk

Here is a thread about it, with more details: formula-feeding-baby-bunnies-pics-vids-t3691.html
