hair falling out

Our rabbits hair is falling out and there is a yellowish crust.What could be the problem and what sould be done.The area is the back legs and tail area.

Could also be hutch burn.if it the underside of the rabbit and inside its legs.pee splashing up on him and causing burning.bath his butt in warm water with mild dish soap like palmolive.this is often caused by the solid floor in the cage the people have for the bedroom area.cover it with wood chips.
