Nope, you're not the only one, Paula. Personally, I love rabbit meat but my brother and my late aunt both found it bland and disappointing. You might like it better in casseroles or other one-dish meals where the ingredients and flavours mingle.
I have met people who actually don't like chicken :? , which I completely can't comprehend. So I'm sure you and Maggie's relatives are not alone.
It is possible that you might like it if you debone it, chop it up, and use it like Maggie mentioned.
